The narrative presents a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who charges the characters with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a clandestine cult.

The trailer features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave.
